The Coolac Hotel (formerly known as The Beehive) was once in the family of Walter Hoare, which he put the second story on and was held up by legendary bush-ranger Ben Hall. The story goes that he and his son were released in return for getting morning tea for the bush-rangers. Hosts Ian and Vicki are extremely welcoming and will make you feel right at home.
